She proves that age doesn’t have to stop you from exploring the world. You can enjoy adventures that engage mental activity as well as physical activity, such as learning how to speak a new language or play a new game such as chess or backgammon. New adventures are an important key to healthy aging by taking our mind off of our problems and helping to exercise our mind and body.
